You’ll explore how this information can guide your wellness strategy, optimize your treatment protocols, and support energy alignment throughout the year.

John Lee Beck

Breathwork and Sound Journey

In this session, breathwork facilitator, yoga educator, and nervous system guide John Lee Beck will work with both the sympathetic (activation) and parasympathetic (rest-and-repair) nervous systems through guided breath patterns designed to elevate energy, surface emotion, and gently soften samskaras — the imprinted stories held in the body. By balancing CO₂ during breath retentions, you’ll support neuroplastic shifts that open new pathways for how you meet stress, sensation, and emotion. After the breathwork journey, you’ll transition into deep stillness and receive a crystal bowl sound bath to restore parasympathetic balance, ground the body, and integrate the experience. This is a space to awaken, release, soften, and return to yourself.

Dr. Katharine Kim, DACM, L.Ac.

Power of the Pendulum

Unlock your intuition with Dr. Katharine’s immersive Power of the Pendulum module. In this interactive session, you’ll learn how to use a pendulum as a gentle, supportive tool for tuning into your own energetic landscape. Together, we’ll explore a brief history of pendulum work, why its movements can mirror subtle shifts in the body, and how this simple practice can help reveal areas that feel balanced, stagnant, or in need of attention. You’ll be guided through easy calibration steps, chakra-mapping techniques, and intuitive approaches that anyone can use -- practitioners and non-practitioners alike. Through live demonstration and hands-on practice, you’ll discover how pendulum exploration can deepen self-awareness, support emotional regulation, and complement any existing healing or mindfulness routine. This is a welcoming space to connect inward, experiment with curiosity, and learn a tool you can return to anytime for grounding and clarity.

Dr. Brie Kueber, DACM, L.Ac.

Slow Vinyasa Flow

Join Dr. Brie for a slow, steady vinyasa practice that moves like warm tidewater -- intentional, unhurried, and guided by breath more than momentum. This class isn’t about chasing the perfect pose; it’s about feeling the architecture of each posture, noticing where the body grips, where it softens, and how breath can shift both. Expect long, unhurried transitions, gentle strength-building, and sequences that give your nervous system time to actually register safety. We’ll explore alignment without perfectionism, balance without forcing, and mobility that comes from being present—not pushing. Perfect for practitioners and non-practitioners who want to deepen body awareness, regulate their system, and leave feeling clear, grounded, and quietly strong.

Eric Uresk

Optimizing for Energy: Living in Alignment, Purpose & Aliveness

In this experiential session, Eric Uresk introduces the core principles of Expansion and Contraction — a powerful energetic framework that reveals where you’re aligned with life and where you may be unconsciously draining yourself. Through guided self-inquiry, somatic awareness, and group reflection, you'll learn to recognize the subtle cues of expansion (clarity, openness, vitality) versus contraction (fear, depletion, protection), uncover the narratives that keep you stuck in stress cycles, and reconnect with your inner truth as a guide for aligned decisions. Walk away with practical tools to shift from merely managing your energy to creating it through authenticity, embodiment, and self-trust — ultimately returning to a more grounded, purposeful, and alive version of yourself.

The tools and techniques that Doctor East is going to share with you are ones you can incorporate immediately into your life and keep your frequency high — no matter what circumstances arise in your life. This experiential workshop, especially for practitioners, will teach them how to cultivate Qi within themselves, maintain it, and guide those you connect with -- patients, family, friends -- to do the same.

Dr. Nalu Cooley, L.Ac., CFMP

Voice as Medicine: A 108-Bead Practice

In this restorative workshop, Nalu helps you experience the deeper rhythm of a mala -- far beyond its beauty as jewelry. A mala made of 108 beads is something you can hold, follow, and breathe with… a tactile anchor that guides you out of mental noise and into regulation. Across many traditions, 108 represents a full cycle—long enough for the mind to quiet, the breath to settle, and the nervous system to shift into coherence. Through Nalu’s guidance, you’ll explore how chanting becomes a somatic practice: sound that moves through you, vibrating through bone, fascia, and the vagus nerve to gently recalibrate the parts of your system that respond to tone rather than logic. In this module, you’ll learn: the science behind meditation; how brain entrainment supports focus and calm; why vocal vibration can regulation; and how to use a Mala for a grounded 108-bead practice. You’ll leave with a chant, a tool, and a technique—something you can return to anytime you need to steady your mind, reconnect with your breath, or come home to yourself.

Sucha Kumar

Primal Movement Exercise

Experience primal movement with Sucha, who will lead you through exercises that call you back into the body’s earliest language—the language of instinct, rhythm, and truth. In this session, we’ll move the way the body was designed to move. Through guided cues and intuitive exploration, you’ll learn to listen beneath the mind’s noise and let the body lead. We’ll soften patterned tension, awaken the joints and fascia, and use breath and sound to unwind what’s been held. This is movement as remembrance—of freedom, of play, of permission. This practice becomes both a release and a return. A way to integrate, reset, and step back into yourself with clarity, openness, and a sense of inner wildness that’s been waiting to be reclaimed.
