2027 PRESENTERS
We are still finalizing the program, but here’s a sneak peek at what you can expect in February!
(NOTE: Presenters/Program order may be subject to change)Day 1: SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 27
-
Dr. Ashley de Luna, ND, will break down the biology of trauma: what happens in the body when we experience overwhelm, why we can stay stuck in survival mode, and how those patterns may show up in our mood, energy, sleep, digestion, and overall health. We’ll look at what this means for us as healers and for the people we serve. Through simple somatic exercises, you’ll practice noticing your own signals and finding your way back when your body feels overwhelmed.

Being ageless isn't about turning back the clock — it's about cultivating vitality, confidence, and radiance at every stage of life. And, true abundance is found not only in what we accomplish, but in how fully we experience life and nurture ourselves along the way.
Drawing on her expertise in facial rejuvenation at her private practice, Dr. Katharine Kim blends the wisdom of Chinese medicine with modern self-care techniques in this interactive, hands-on workshop.
Participants will explore facial acupressure, lymphatic brushing, and mindful practices to release tension, awaken their natural glow, and embrace abundance from the inside out. Attendees will also receive special take-home tools to continue their rejuvenating self-care rituals long after the retreat.

One breath can change your state. Imagine what an entire session can do.
Day 2: Sunday, FEBRUARY 28
-
Join Dr. Brie for a slow, steady vinyasa practice that moves like warm tidewater -- intentional, unhurried, and guided by breath more than momentum. This class isn’t about chasing the perfect pose; it’s about feeling the architecture of each posture, noticing where the body grips, where it softens, and how breath can shift both. Expect long, unhurried transitions, gentle strength-building, and sequences that give your nervous system time to actually register safety. We’ll explore alignment without perfectionism, balance without forcing, and mobility that comes from being present—not pushing. Perfect for practitioners and non-practitioners who want to deepen body awareness, regulate their system, and leave feeling clear, grounded, and quietly strong.
-
Explore the power of consciousness and its potential to transform how we think, feel, heal, and grow.
Author, life coach and Recharge Founder Dr. East Phillips introduces the fascinating relationship between consciousness, meditation, and sound frequencies, including binaural beats and Hemi-Sync technology, and how these tools may support relaxation, self-awareness, and personal transformation.
Through an immersive guided meditation incorporating binaural beats and carefully selected sound frequencies, participants will experience an opportunity to quiet the mind, deepen awareness, and explore new possibilities for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Discover how cultivating greater consciousness can inspire personal and professional growth, enhance our capacity to serve others, and create a more expansive mindset for abundance in our lives, practices, and businesses.

Designing an environment that reflects your medicine, supports healing and attracts the people meant for your work.
Healing beings before we ever touch the body.
The spaces we create, the colors, light, sound, textures, objects, and energy within them, communicate something before we say a word. When those choices are intentional, our environment becomes an extension of the medicine we offer.
In this experiential workshop, Nalu will explore how beauty, sensory experience, personality, and intentional design can shape the way people feel in our presence and our spaces.
Through guided meditation and sound healing, you’ll step away from what your practice should look like and reconnect with what feels authentically yours. From there, we’ll move into a creative exercise designed to help you envision a healing atmosphere that reflects who you are, how you care for people, and the clients and community you’re here to serve.
This isn’t creating a picture-perfect space. It’s about creating one that feels unmistakably yours, a place where the right people walk in and feel, “I belong here.”
